Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 12 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been mounted or used.

How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page within 12 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return and we'll get back to you with next steps.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, modified, or used in any way are not eligible for return.
