Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship from British Columbia, Canada. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders outside of Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help track it down.
